Levels Scholarship

The North Texas Chapter of AOSA awards scholarships toward AOSA-approved levels courses (Level I, II, or III). The number of scholarships awarded and the amounts of the scholarships will be determined by the Executive Board. This application form, completed in its entirety, must be received no later than March17, 2012. The recipient will be announced at the Spring workshop. Click here to download application.

AOSA National Conference Scholarship

The North Texas Chapter of AOSA awards one (1) paid registration each year to the AOSA National Conference. This scholarship does NOT cover lodging, airfare, or any other expenses. This application form, completed in its entirety, must be received no later than March 17, 2012. The recipient will be announced at the Spring workshop. Click here to download the application.
